Resolved Question: I have an ancestor by the last name Gordon that I have a research question about (See details)?

Now he was born between 1760-1765, but I have no idea where. I've done extensive research on him in America and the best I have is his appearing in Lancaster County PA in 1783. He later moved and lived to his death in Allegheny County PA. I've exhausted all available records in Allegheny County + neighboring counties, as well as all available records in Lancaster County + neighboring counties. The trail is cold in America. No records confirm or deny him being born in America or not, so it's at least a possibility he was an immigrant. Since I've exhausted all that's here in America, I was wondering if there are records available in British Isles there I might be able to link up an emigrant from there to my ancestor. It's worth a look since the trail is cold in American records. Are there records available in the British Isles on emigrants that came to America, with information about them after they came to America? Such as where they arrived and what happened to them?
